I had the most elite girls-girl experience at Ulta today and I’m still thinking about it. Dev and Jess absolutely made my birthday weekend. From the second I walked in, they were kind, hyping me up, honest in the best way, and genuinely invested in helping me feel good. Not just “customer service nice,” but real, human, girls-supporting-girls energy. The kind that makes you stand up a little straighter. They listened. They suggested. They didn’t rush me. They made me feel seen. And on your birthday weekend? That matters. If every beauty store had a Dev and a Jess, the world would heal faster. Please protect them at all costs. 💗

I just want to thank Anna for taking such wonderful care of me and my brand-new 16-year-old foster placement. We barely knew each other and were looking for something to help break the ice, so we decided to stop by Ulta. Anna was so kind, patient, and thoughtful — she made the experience feel special for both of us. Absolutely horrible customer service(management) , they treat you like you’re a criminal. They are so judgmental and rude. They do have a few really sweet girls 🫶🏽 The floors are absolutely disgusting, the shelves have dead flies and are caked with dust. This place is disappointing!!!

My daughter and I went in with no knowledge about makeup, but needing specific items for my daughter’s dance team! Barbara was awesome and helped us get everything the perfect shade and items!! Thank you so so much!

Came in for a haircut, provided a detailed video that even described how to cut the hair. Got nothing close to it. If this was beyond the hairdresser’s experience level I wish she would have just told me and I would have booked with someone else at a later time. I’ll provide the inspo video and my hair after the appointment. Probably the worst cut/style I’ve ever gotten.
