Had two of the Ulta beauty lip Pencils. Love 💗 the color. Both are broken and dried out. Went to return just one they said it was just past the 60 day return time period and they would not refund or replace. They lost a lifetime customer today- You think of all the money I would’ve spent at Ulta over the years for a $24 lip pencil. They lost a lot of goodwill and money 💰 today- Warrenton VA

I had such a great experience at the salon with Evelyn! She truly listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and color. My hair feels so healthy and the color came out absolutely beautiful—better than I even imagined! Evelyn is not only super talented but also so kind and professional, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments since leaving the salon. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing!

All I wanted was to buy a hair dryer. I was asked at checkout to put in my phone number. I said, "No," multiple times: "Please put in your phone number for discounts on your next visit." "Don't you want to save money next time?" "Are you throwing away free money?" "Do you have friends that want the discount?" "You sure you don't have friends that want free money?" I would have given this establishment 1 star but there was a fellow who helped me who was wonderful. Front of house: Ease up on trying to sell customer's information.
