I came in on Saturday the 4th, my grandson used the cotton candy machine in the Valdosta mall, I came into ulta originally finding wipes to help clean my grandsons face. I found an associate named Ashton Despite having a boot on her foot she went out of her way and offered to grab a fresh wet paper towel and clean the cotton candy off my grandsons face. She was so interactive with him he mentions her and how kind she was. Despite having a boot she still made an attempt to make my grandson feel seen and asked permission before touching him. She was incredibly kind and sweet which is rare in our society. I only ask ulta to continue hiring employees who genuinely have a heart. This is the best Ulta within 200 miles easily. She even convinced me to buy a Valinetino perfume which I am bossed

My daughter came home today in the best mood (a rare sight for a teenager!). She couldn’t stop talking about Marilyn at Ulta and how kind and uplifting she was during her visit. She said their interaction completely made her day! It’s not often you come across such genuine customer service anymore, and I’m so grateful that Marilyn is out there spreading sunshine at the Valdosta Mall Ulta.

I come into Valdosta from about an hour away. Every time I come into this Ulta, the staff has always been extremely helpful with what I needed, was looking for, or even when I had a problem with something I purchased they have always taken great care of me! Today, I went in, and Lindsay was amazing helping me with my needs. She even informed me they do make-up tutorials at 30-minute increments for a small fee. If I'd had the time today, because of what I was looking for, I would have taken her up on that offer. However, she gave me her card to make an appointment for the next time I'm in town! I'm excited to do this! We had a moment that both of our service dogs alerted us, and we had to sit on the floor to do DPT. The staff was respectful and did not bother us.

I went in for a specific gently product and ran into miss marilyn !! She was so bright nd warming , made my entire visit worth it! She helped me loved the perfect shade ! Thank you so much miss marilyn! I hope this message reaches her well!

Gracie (with pink and blue hair) is honestly the reason I still feel comfortable to shop in Ulta. She’s very patient, helpful, and kind. She deserves a raise for retaining a customer!
