This is my first experience at Joiner and Lane and let me tell you as soon as I walked through the door it was beautiful inside the office!!! Madison greeted me at the door and she was a complete gem and was so nice, and let me know what I needed to do on my end. Brandi the owner and the one who would be doing my treatment which was laser hair removal on my face was amazing as well. Very professional and sweet as could be, she walked me through every single thing we would be doing. The treatment itself was not bad at all, but the lip area was quite spicy for me. Other than that the process was easy, painless and fast! I would recommend this service and Brandi to all my family as well as my friends.

I went for my first visit today for laser hair removal. The office was very easy to find very clean and welcoming on the inside. The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Brandi was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and ask if I had any questions. The procedure was less than 30 minutes and painless.
