I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta salon. My appointment on 3/23 started at 3:45 PM and didn’t end until after 6:15 PM, which felt unnecessarily long for a basic wash and cut. I came in for a signature haircut, asking for a mid-length cut above my breasts with long layers. This length was verified multiple times with the hairstylist. Never once did she voice that she had an issue with providing the cut I requested during the appointment. After the lengthy appointment, the stylist gave me a cut that was 3+ inches longer than what I had requested. It was incredibly frustrating to clearly communicate what I wanted and have the stylist repeatedly ignore my requests. I went in for an Ola Plex treatment and brow wax. I’ve been to this location before and had a good experience with Ola Plex treatment however, this time it was ridiculous. The same with the Eyebrows. The store is very inconsistent and it feels like some of the employees don’t even want to be there much. Let’s do their job. My appointment was with Shadi and I i’m completely unimpressed and I will not be returning to see her. The first thing she told me is how damaged my hair was that I needed a hair trim. I do a lot of pick up orders at this Ulta and the process is super easy. They have it ready within a couple hours....usually less. When I walk in they have a pickup desk right at the front of the store and an associate always comes right over to help. In and out within 5 mins.

The tysons Salon VA, they ruined my hair and stole my money, charged for services i did not recieve. So disappointed, will stop using my Ulta mastercard and deal with Ulta. Horrible management, no one cares. Called customer service many times to have a refund, they said that you are not satisfied we can not do anything. Worst experience ever, dont recommend.
