My appointment was with Master stylist Cassie. I wanted the Express Keratin treatment as my hair is very wavy and frizzy. Cassie was Amazing. She answered all my questions I had about each step she was doing on my hair. She was very friendly, professional and I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. I absolutely love how my hair feels and it's made it easier when I straighten my hair and when I curl it the curls have stayed in for days. I have already booked another appointment with Cassie to have this done again in a few weeks. I'll continue to go to her for all my hair needs. She's definitely got my business.

I hesitate to post this because I’d love to keep this “hairapist” all to myself, but Cassie truly deserves the recognition. As someone who struggled to find a stylist in our small town, I feel compelled to share. She is professional, warm, and incredibly welcoming, with exceptional attention to detail. I initially found her by chance for my brows, and despite it being my first visit, she rearranged her schedule to fit me in the very next day when I was unhappy with my hair. She consistently goes above and beyond—even something as thoughtful as making me a coffee during a visit when I mentioned a caffeine headache. Cassie is a true expert, and I’ve seen firsthand how she helps other clients with care and confidence. Highly recommend.

I want to start off with I know this account name makes this seem like a joke, but I assure you this is a real, honest review. I don't do reviews; I hate to leave reviews, but I just had to share my experience because of how embarrassing it was. I like the place, but one bad experience left me embarrassed and not wanting to go back. A treehut lip product was on sale for half off. I get to the register, and I have the lip product and a lotion. She tells me the total, and I swipe my card, but five dollars still remained. She said, "Maybe you don’t have enough money on your card. Do you have any other payment options?" Absolutely embarrassing. From the moment I walked in, employees had the friendliest smiles and I instantly felt welcomed. The store was clean, organized, and stocked with lots to choose from. They asked if I needed help and I said no, and later they came back to check on me and turns out I did need help. They weren’t just helpful, they were knowledgeable. I had a few questions about skincare and makeup, and the associates went above and beyond to guide me, recommend products that fit my needs, and even show me how to use them. I never felt rushed. This is one of the best Ultas I've been into in a long time. Keep up the good work.
