Had the best experience today! Needed an updated skin care routine and I hardly know anything on that subject. Amy was SO nice and walked me around the store and showed me several different products within my price range. A true girls girl!! Cashier was also super sweet & I’m so excited to start this new skin care routine! Will only be going to this location from now on. :,) <3 !!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I visited this Ulta location today and had a negative experience with an employee named Drea. She was unnecessarily rude and dismissive during our interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I’m usually a big fan of Ulta and have never had an issue before, so this really stood out. I hope management addresses this, as customer service should be respectful.

I had such a good experience thanks to this young lady { Shey } ! She was honestly the nicest and friendliest associate I’ve met while shopping in a long time. She took her time helping me, never rushed, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she really cares about giving the best guest experience possible !! She made me feel welcome the whole time, and it honestly made my day being able to find what I needed & insight on other products ! . I’ll definitely come back because of how kind and helpful she was.

Went today at 7:20pm to grab a product real quick… claims to close at 8pm. Doors were locked & all the employees just looked at me and said nothing nor explained why they were closed so early.

Very helpful lady I can't remember her name she helped my Daughter to find right shades of makeup 😃
