Perfumania

I recently visited this store in search of a fragrance for my mother. I specified the scent I was looking for upon entering, but the sales associate seemed to restrict my options to the middle section. I mentioned the price range I was interested in, and as I turned to leave, I noticed the brand I had requested was on display. I asked the associate why she didn't show me that option, and I was pleased to see it was competitively priced. This experience raises questions about the associate's job satisfaction and her attitude towards black customers. The other associate at the counter seemed to notice our interaction, but she didn't intervene. Stood at counter today. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Waited. Employee with pink hair ignored me. Manager ignored me. Four customers that were just standing in the middle were helped. I left. Bought my creed aventus and yves st Laurent at Nordstrom for the exact same price. Bought my baccarat rouge 54 too after the manager at perfumania told me three days prior that they pulled it from the shelves because of quality issues. Lies and abandoned customers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this store, where I was warmly greeted by Stephanie, the store manager. From the time I walked in, her extensive knowledge and passion for fragrances was evident. She took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through a curated selection. I highly recommend visiting this store and seeking out Stephanie. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you, for an unforgettable experience!

Juanita and Natalie have helped me out countless times when I can’t decide on a smell and they have been absolutly amazing sales people and make you feel at home! Only reason I keep coming back!

Super overpriced, bad selection, decent customer service
