Ulta Beauty

I have to take my mom to dialysis three days a week and we live 30 minutes away. Sometimes I get there early or I dont have anything to do so I go try on makeup at ulta. Im sure some of the employees notice me coming in so much. But they never say a word. I hardly ever buy anything. But I wanted to let everyone know how friendly they are no matter who is working. I've never felt judged or anything here. they dont treat me different because I dont buy anything and they do great me and ask do I need help but they never bother me. Very good employees. Being that the dialysis place is right across the road I do love going and trying new makeup even though I cant buy it right now.

I would like to give Dominque (hair stylist) a huge shoutout. She did an excellent job on my hair which included washing, deep conditioning, cut and styling. I not only left with my hair looking good, but the texture feels so soft and bouncy. I will be booking with her again soon.

A Hidden Gem at Ulta – Alix is the Best! I just had to share how much I love coming to the Ulta Salon! I actually met Alix outside of Ulta and was immediately impressed by her work. Once I found out she was transferring to Ulta, I was honestly hesitant. I even asked friends what they thought, unsure if I should follow her there. But knowing how fabulous my hair turned out every time—especially being a blonde with very dark roots—I took the chance. Hot Mess at Ulta – Literally The employees were amazing—friendly, professional, and super helpful while I was getting my makeup matched. Truly, they deserve five stars. But the store conditions? One star is generous. It was unbearably hot inside. I was sweating just walking around—not cute when you're trying to test foundation. I didn’t come in for a full-body sweat session, I came in to shop for makeup. It felt more like a sauna than a beauty store, and that completely ruined the experience. Great service means nothing if the environment makes customers uncomfortable. I had to cut my visit short because I couldn’t take the heat—literally. Ulta, get your air conditioning together. Your staff is doing their part, but customers shouldn't have to bring a fan just to browse blush.

If I could give Ulta’a salon a million stars I would!!! Alix is legit the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She brought my hair back from the dead literally. She has restored my confidence and I will never not go back to her!!
