Service was friendly from the attendant on duty. Beds and establishment were clean. Only complaint is that Bed 20 continues to have a non working bulb in the facial tanner. This has been the case for over two months despite continuous reminders. I was told on my last visit that it had been repaired and new bulbs had been put in the facial tanner. It did not work that night nor on my visit today.

I stopped by mid-week while visiting Troy. I’ve been to PBT before, so I was already in the system and just wanted a quick spray. I was planning to do Versa, but the manager came out to help and we started talking. She was AMAZING. She suggested I try the 4-turn booth (think Mystic) and helped me choose the right color with custom tints. What really stood out was how engaged and helpful she was—not just doing the job, but really making sure I got what I needed. She served in the Army and is now in school for nursing. PBT is lucky to have her, and they’re really going to miss her when she moves on. Both she and the associate helped me get set up, walked me through the "dance moves" for the booth, and made sure everything was just right. The result? Incredible. Honestly better than my usua

My wife and I were in Troy from Atlanta during Christmas and visited your location. Not only was the place very clean, but the service was amazing. Ava was very knowledgeable and asked what beds we normally use and recommended what was available. We will make a point to return to this location whenever we visit Troy. Cheers!

I had a spray tan and it turned out horrible. After showing pictures and trying to get the employee to help me with a refund, the employee walked away not once, but twice to put 2 people in beds and clean one. I know everyone is important, but my money and time are just as important as the people that were disrespectful to me, interrupted me, and then received customer service instead of myself. I didn't get a refund and only received the name of a manager that was supposed to call or email me and 3 days later still hasn't. And, did I mention that I had to have someone else fix their mess up? Yes, I did and here I am. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This salon is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever been to. The ladies are so very sweet and know product very well. I usually see Mandy or Zoey, but I’m sure everyone else is just as nice and professional. I have not gotten a membership yet, but I will be in the future. This place rocks!😃
