Ashley did my hair today and unfortunately I didn’t take a picture right after but she did an amazing job with the cut itself and also a beautiful blowout afterwards. I’ve never had a hair cut where I feel more confident afterwards until today!

I had a wonderful experience with IKENA. She did an excellent job with my haircut. She is friendly, patient, and caring throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great service.

Huge shout out to Makayla!! I’m not a huge makeup girly & she was such a huge help with choosing the right products. I brought products I use into her and had her help me with what I could improve on & she was SO knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could have tipped her for her help:)

I love this location, I come here often and l've never had the strange encounter I've had today. I'm an associate at a different location but I came into this one earlier today for a gift for a friend's birthday but I didn't receive my employee discount. I asked the associate who was going to check me out for either a lead cashier or manager and she said she'd be able to take care of me so I presented her with my ID as I know it's required to as an associate and she questioned me which I understood because my Ulta account shows my preferred name instead of my name on my ID but that has never stopped anyone else from giving me my employee discount. I understand if she was skeptical but I'd at least would rather her ask for her manager or ask me for proof rather than just not giving me my di

I have been to this location several times as it is nearest to my home and I have never had any issues, until this week. I went after work and I was profiled for presenting as a hippie/whatever other prejudice. I have my beauty staples that I go in for, but whenever I am there, I obviously love to browse and discover/sample new items. This time, I was trailed and followed at every corner. I have never felt so uncomfortable at this or any other Ulta, but this completely changed my experience. Imagine the other prejudices held. I choose to no longer support this Ulta location nor the corporation itself.
