If I could’ve given a zero star I would have! It went from a good conversation to noticing a lack of customer service & general common courtesy. Battery died as I walked in. I got no help on allowing me to see her page from her phone, no help with a charger, no help on designs & just overall attitude. It seems she may have clients for years (friends and family), however dealing with the public might not be common for her. I complemented her on being meticulous for her to throw it back in my face when I asked for suggestions on designs … “no I don’t have any suggestions, you seem to be very meticulous about your nails.” Amazingly, we all should be! After-all it’s a service we’re paying for. I simply wanted to know the difference between poly gel and acrylic as I try to avoid toxins.

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! It’s girly, private, and professional, and she does an incredible job every time. I come to her every time I have a special event or a specific vision that I know the other salons can’t do. Here’s the set she did for me when I went to see Beyoncè’s Cowboy Carter concert!
