I had to share what a wonderful experience that me and my Aunt had at this store. Nathaniel and Daniella helped us, I hope I'm spelling her name right. They were so fun to talk to and friendly, and so knowledgeable about the skincare products. I needed help with picking a new skincare, they showed us the Anastasia brand and we just love it, Thank you so much for the makeover and all of your help and beauty advice!!!!

Lauren at the check out counter was so friendly helpful and understanding, she made my return painless and found me the right product. Transaction took all of two minutes and she made my day! Thank you!

I absolutely love shopping in Ulta beauty! Their makeup selection is amazing, with everything from affordable brands to to high end. There is always good sales going on, and the sales associates are super helpful. They've helped me find perfect foundation shade more than once. I also love that I can get a blowout or have eyelashes applied right in-store. It's one stop beauty shop that never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I just left the Toms River store on Hooper Ave. I was there to make an even exchange. I purchased a pencil liner on Dec. 19th. The tip was broken off so I wanted to exchange the pencil. They wanted to charge me an addition $4.26 because when I purchased the pencil two weeks ago I had a 20% coupon. I asked for a manager. She was very nasty and gave me a hard time. I felt I would not have to pay the additional $4.26 because the product was damaged. We argued for quite awhile. I was not leaving until she exchange the pencil without charging me. She told me that she was going to get into trouble. I am very disappointed that I had to argue with this women for so long.

Michelle was incredibly helpful in matching my shade and helping me choose a new skin tint/foundation today. Most of the time I go into the Tom’s River location, the employees just stand there but Michelle immediately came over to help me and offered to color match me. Thank you Michelle!
