I am a bit of a spa junkie and have to say that this massage was one of the best of I have ever had! Lisa is a true professional. She greets you and reviews your health prior to getting started. Her massage room and the entire studio are spotless and so chill. I was relaxed before we even started! Lisa's knowledge of the body and muscles are amazing. Using the right amount of pressure is so key and she got it just right. I cannot say enough about Lisa's skill. I recommend Soul Intention and cannot wait for my next visit.

I was referred to Lisa from a friend of mine that said she was the best and she was right on the money. I purchased some sessions for my wife for Christmas and she called me after her first session ecstatic about how great she felt. She has some health issues that Lisa has been able to improve drastically which have made a big impact on her daily mail quality of life. I then purchased some sessions for myself and also had a great experience. Lisa is knowledgeable and takes the time to ask questions in order to understand what the best techniques and areas to focus on instead of the typical cookie cutter strip mall massage places. Her office is clean, quiet and calming and puts you in a zen like mood. I would recommend Lisa to anyone she’s amazing !!!

Using a plethora of massage and relaxation techniques, I left the appointment feeling rejuvenated and calm. My muscles were thanking me, and I was moving with much more ease and less discomfort.
