I love my ulta when lesliey shelby or lexie are working and the one pretty girl with the split dye hair and eye brow shes always so glittery. How ever theres one manager there i do not know her name. But she pick the day the store was basically empty to talk about me behind the counter to another employee she was commenting on how I was to big to be in pink leopard which made the other employee laugh and say you know she wrong for that. I refuse to go back in there while she working. Two days later I went back in there with my neice and she (the one that said stuff about me) was talking about how a customer looked stank and had a stank child. Very unprofessional.... I love my girls...they are always so helpful but having my feelings hurt in earshot is not it. The rest of the crew is amazin

The operation manager was nasty and rude.didn’t get her name cause I was so focus on the attitude!!! She put her four fingers in my face… didn’t help my situation at all the customer service is way better online. Won’t. Be back. AGAINNNNN if I could click 0 stars I would. The front ladies were very nice and understanding operation manager was not !

I had the best experience today in the Sumter Ulta. I usually shop at the Ulta in Sandhills, and can never get any assistance. Today Brittney that works in Sumter was the best. She did everything possible to help me and my mom find our foundation and concealer matches. I think I will be driving to Sumter from here on out.

Workers were not helpful when asked about pulling up information from the app or help in general. Asked multiple workers including a manager who could not tell me how to pull up birthday information to get birthday gift. They stated I had to pull up coupon to be scanned but could not tell me how to pull it up.

Just called about a hair appointment and was asking about any possible open availabilities today and Friday and was instantly hung up on. I'm not sure who's working up at the phone today but that was extremely rude. I been here once to get my hair done before and was wanting to again, and yeesh!
