I had the best experience at Ulta thanks to Mulani and Shaniah! They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help with all of my makeup needs as well as my daughter’s makeup. They were patient, knowledgeable, and so kind—really taking the time to listen to what we wanted and making thoughtful recommendations that worked perfectly for both of us. They made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited about our purchases. Mulani and Shaniah truly provided top-tier customer service, and their positive energy made our visit such a fun and memorable experience. Ulta is lucky to have them! I will definitely be back because of their outstanding help. 💕

I came to this location to exchange a few products and really needed assistance and recommendations. It was a busy Saturday I'll give them that-just felt like there was no one available to help and no one asked if I needed anything so I was just wandering around. I got the one thing I knew I was getting and figured I would come back another time....that was until I met Stephanie (lead cashier) and she really is THAT girl! Even though she was busy she took the time to stop what she was doing and recommended products that I needed and made the exchange process so easy. Even referred me to someone else for a shade match and physically walked me over to her (I believe her name was Emily, she was also great!) Thank you Stephanie for helping me feel seen and picking me out great products.

I stopped by Ulta to shop for a few items and had a great experience with the sales associates everyone was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. However, my visit to the Ulta Brow Bar was disappointing. I approached the representative with a few questions about services and made it clear I was willing to wait my turn. I believe in speaking with a provider before spending money on a service. Instead of offering insight or answering my questions, I was told to “Google the service to see what it includes.” That was enough for me. I don’t feel comfortable paying a provider who dismisses direct questions and redirects me to a search engine when I’m standing right there, ready to learn more. Stopped in Ulta at Azalea Square. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lori - was she a jewel. She took the time to match my color (I have the skin tone that turns yellow with specific products… she carefully took time to work through the process to find me the right products. She also took time to teach me what products I needed - I have never had so much education in a short amount of time about correct steps to take care of applying my makeup! She was not pushy with any of the products. I had not read through any of these reviews until I went to post mine and I see she has been a superstar to many! Ulta should be grateful because I think she has won the hearts if many of us.

I recently visited the Ulta Beauty store in Azalea Square, Summerville, SC, and I have to say, the staff here is absolutely top-notch. This was hands-down the best beauty shopping experience I've had in a long time, and it’s entirely thanks to the phenomenal customer service provided by Catherine and Brittany. ​From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Both Catherine and Brittany were incredibly knowledgeable about the vast range of products. They didn't just point me to a shelf; they listened carefully to my needs for skincare, makeup, and cologne. They pointed me in exactly the right direction for each and everything I needed, offering insightful advice and clearly explaining why certain products would work best for me. ​Their expertise saved me so mu
