The salon manager Nicole is truly the definition of compassion and hospitality 🤍🤍 she deserves a raise, promotion or more say in decisions when it comes to inclusion with the salon. Nicole is a gem of a human and we need more managers with her character :). She was very accommodating from start to finish when it came down to just my overall experience even though my results weren’t all i hoped for she did her very best to make the best out of the situation. Kim and Jackie are very helpful too and they all do want the best for you in general. After my experience at the salon I can say the girls do their job well and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. They go above and beyond and deserve their accolades. Jackie E. was my stylist yesterday. She did a custom color and cut, and I absolutely love it! Not only was the service shorter than getting my roots bleached, but the process and product was much better for my hair. The price is also reasonable, as opposed to going to a regular salon. Highly recommend for anyone with vibrant hair like me.

We looked at an appointment since early for my niece, by 11 am. We booked it for 445 pm. We leave the house in this freezing cold to go to said appointment. Once we arrive and tell the stylist our name for said appointment she literally walks off and gets a manger lying to the manager that she called and left us a message canceling. They wouldn’t give a reason why. They even confirmed the number but the stylist never called. The stylist lied to the manager and the manager didn’t care and just told us to leave. This is outrageous. The first time we ever book and definitely will never be booking again. To treat people like this. In this frigid weather and do absolutely nothing to accommodate nor take accountability nor try to rectify the situation is bewildering. DO NOT BOOK.

I recently visited the Ulta Beauty on Hylan Boulevard to pick up an online order, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The difference between this location and the Staten Island Mall store is like night and day. At the Staten Island Mall, I’ve encountered rude and dismissive staff who hardly acknowledge customers, and it feels like they don’t want to be there. But at the Hylan Boulevard location, it was the complete opposite. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome right away. Picking up my order was seamless, and the workers here were not only efficient but also genuinely polite. They asked if I needed help with anything else and even offered some great product suggestions based on my previous purch

Ulta Beauty on Hylan Blvd. (In "The Boulevard" shopping center) is my Go-To place for favorite colognes! (And other beauty products as well.) The store is clean and well maintained, and easy to navigate through the lovely displays. We were there (again) in late April on a busy Saturday. Received excellent customer service from Judy, who was wonderful! Her product knowledge was top notch. Judy helped me find my favorite fragrances; she also introduced me to a new perfume, based on my specific preferences - now a new favorite of mine! (See photo) I was very happy with my overall shopping experience there, and the friendly professionalism of the staff. Will definitely return again anytime I need to replenish my favorite "heavenly scents" and/or other products.💕
