Went in there today to conceal some markings on my neck prior to some important meetings. I asked Savanna for help and she certainly did her magic. That young lady has some serious talent when it comes to make-up for sure. She knows her stuff. Now I can see why she is the sales manager for that store. Thank you so much Savanna!

I had wonderful customer service from Savanna the manager at this location. She helped me find a foundation that worked for me based on feedback I provided. She offered simple solutions when the product was not available in store, was knowledgeable about products, and incredibly kind. It is rare to receive help from somebody who really goes out of their way to take care of you without pressuring you into buying something you don’t need. Great service, great leadership, and a stellar attitude- take note!

Her customer service skills are unrivaled, she will walk the entire store -and back stock- to find whatever your heart brought you in for and with a genuine smile. She's simply incomparable. Ulta truly attracts authentic talent and I sincerely pray her path grows into leadership as she is worthy!

I have been to the Ulta Outlet Store several times since it’s been opened . All the clerks have been very helpful. But, Shannyl, has been the one that has stood above the rest. She has patience, professionalism, knowledge of the store products, and doesn’t mind answering questions. I’m an older lady, that’s why I have a few more questions than the younger clients. I purchased quite a bit that day, thanks to Shannyl’s assistance.

Sean went out of his way to help me in the fragrance department. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable and had some great recommendations. Everyone working was nice as well!
