This store has some of the best customer service I've ever been to. Where other Ulta Store locations around the area have snobby employees this one has employees that make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Ellen saw I was needing help and was the absolute sweetest soul while doing the best shade match I believe I've ever had. When I got to the register to check out I was lucky to have her as my cashier. Thank you, Ulta, for hiring this angel of a woman that not only knows makeup, but is a delight to have a transaction with. She is an absolute doll.

Received a gift and tried to exchange for a different scent, same brand same travel size, same price, only difference was the scent. I was told I could only exchange it if I had a receipt (again it was a gift) I asked if they could pull it up under the person who gifted its phone number they said yes. Then refused to exchange it because the person who gifted it is an employee and the manager wouldn't honor the price. Definitely not customer friendly.

I usually use Westmore Beauty for my legs but it wasn’t going to arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. Sweet sales lady found my match in a 24 hour water resistant foundation, but they didn’t have the foundation in stock for me to use so she gave me plenty of samples for free from the tester so I could use it on my legs. Amazing customer service.

I went here undertaking the daunting task of finding a lipstick that matched a color that had been discontinued. The associate Danielle (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) took time out of her day to help me find a very close match. She was successful in helping me find my shade! Just wanted to shout her out because she was so helpful and amiable and even if I didn’t find my perfect match, the interaction I had with her made my day! Thank you Danielle!

Ellen at the register needs to do inventory (or work elsewhere) and not be customer facing. She kept badgering me to put my phone number into the system. We went FOUR ROUNDS until I told her "just finish the sale" at which point she further screwed up and SCANNED MY ITEMS A SECOND TIME. At one point she told me she could guarantee Ulta's IT systems were 100% secure. Doubtful since she is probably making minimum wage as a cashier instead of six figures as an IT security expert. Paying for the products you've selected shouldn't be a painful and aggravating experience.
