Renew MD Facial Aesthetics

I have been a customer of Renew MD for 6+ years and they are terrific. I have done facial filler numerous times as well as Xeomin (similar to Botox) treatments. Dr Gordon and her team have kept me looking younger with very natural effects, which was my goal. The team at Renew are friendly, well trained and all my experiences have been extremely positive. It was also important to me to use a facility that has a MD doctor supervising everything. Prior to discovering Dr Gordon, I had used a couple of spas that did not have a medical doctor and I was not pleased. Dr Gordon is continually pursuing and educating her team with the latest and greatest treatments, which I think is very important. Dr. Gordon and everyone there makes you feel right at home and makes the whole experience from start to finish enjoyable. Promise Made. Promise Broken. I’m leaving this review because Renew MD Medical Spa (Southlake) made a promise to close a sale — and then walked it back like it never happened. I received a text about a flash sale: buy 30 units, get 30 units. I was on vacation when I called to purchase, and before I paid, I specifically asked: “Can I transfer 30 units to my wife?” I was told yes, no problem. So I bought the deal — because these services aren’t cheap, and that flexibility was the entire reason I pulled the trigger. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she is very passionate about her work. She informed me on what was going on and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
