I visited your Ulta Beauty location this morning around 10:30 a.m. Upon entering the store, there was a female employee dressed in all black positioned near the entrance who did not acknowledge or greet me. As a Corporate Client Service Manager for another beauty brand, this stood out to me. Creating a welcoming experience through a simple greeting when a customer enters the store is foundational retail training and an important part of setting the tone for the shopping experience. I wanted to share this feedback, as first impressions matter and have a direct impact on how customers perceive the brand from the moment they walk in. Thank you for your time and attention
