I got my hair cut by Armelle tonight. This was my first time with her. She gave me the exact cut I requested and was fun, warm, friendly, and communicative. She helped me pick some affordable products afterwards. But not only was Armelle great, the entire salon staff was so much fun. Very warm and friendly environment. I had a great experience and will definitely reschedule with Armelle again in the future. Thank you for a fun evening.

My husband got a horrible haircut by Casey . We’re leaving soon for vacation to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and planned to take professional photos. I searched this page and saw many great recommendations for stylists at Ulta. I chose this stylist because of the positive reviews, especially for people with curly hair, so I was really surprised by both the poor haircut and the unprofessional response we received. He showed a very clear photo of the haircut he wanted — a natural fade with blended curls on top (first photo). What he received looked nothing like it. The sides were cut much shorter than requested, the fade wasn’t blended properly, and the overall shape was uneven. When I tried to express my concerns, the stylist BLAMED HIS HEAD SHAPE and walked away mid-conversation. T

I had a Hair stylist named Celeste, my first time doing my hair there. I was nervous because I had a couple Bad experiences at other places. staff was very helpful and friendly! claudia at the trails location was extremely helpful and kind. she gave me a recommendation of a favorite oil and moisturizer combo of hers and i was sold immediately! very happy with the atmosphere and the products i came home with
