Centering Massage

I had an appointment with Jennifer on February 18th and it exceeded all expectations. As someone who bodybuilds competitively and been on active duty for 18 years I’ve had a lot of great experiences with deep tissue massages and some not so great. However, Jennifer was by far the best one I’ve had in all my years. The attention to detail, the precision in pressure applied, and the “Dolphin” she used specifically on my Vagas nerve to remove scar tissue in my calf was exactly what I needed. Centering Massage and especially Jennifer have my strongest recommendation when it comes to booking a massage and I’m truly grateful for the experience and relief she provided.

Relaxing environment and helpful, knowledgeable Therapists and staff. The lobby smells amazing from the products they carry, scented lotions, candles, and more all with natural ingredients that impart a light and gentle scent. I had an injury I hoped to improve and the Front desk advised me to wait and talk to my doctor first. with my DR's advice and once I reached particular milestones in healing I booked my appointment and it was well worth the wait! I feel amazing AND made progress in my restoritive body goals. The Therapeutic massage is perfect for that middle-ground in Relaxing and Treatment as well as pressure. My husband gets a massage every birthday and this is the first time in 12 years that he has truly enjoyed it!! He always has some criticism but his only critique this time was that I should have booked a 90min and not a 60 min! He said the pressure was perfect, and he was so relaxed and felt like putty. I’m never one to leave a review right away, but I absolutely could have. Every single visit has exceeded my expectations. Kind front staff, the place smells heavenly and the massage therapist I happened on is AMAZING!. My first therapeutic massage with Mary was absolutely elevating. I left absolutely glowing and almost every knot in my back was screaming with joy for being worked on. Fast forward several weeks later, again- getting in there to really release tension and gain flexibility and she absolutely delivered. Now my third appointment, we tried cupping alongside another therapeutic massage and WOW. Mary is kind, caring, and very in tune with finding all those sore spots. I’ve been beyond thankful and pleased with my last several massages and already can’t wait for my next one!

I had a less than ideal experience with my massage and voiced my experience here in review form. The owner, Connie, quickly reached out to me and took the steps to make it right. Kudos to this business for caring about their customers and the experience they have! I would say if you are sensitive to noise, because their business suite is on the ground floor, I would book on a weekend so as to not hear the tenants above, or expect there to be a bit of noise of weekdays. Just how it works in a multistory office building!
