Absolutely my favorite place to not only shop for my staple makeup items, but also to come to, to try out whatever the newest and hottest makeup item it is that might be trending at that time. I also love the knowledge that I always leave from there, having learned from their employees. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether you're very much still a newb as myself or a Hollywood level makeup artist, they have something for all skill levels!

I went into this ulta to do a DoorDash for a customer, I have never been into a ulta before so i was quite at a loss when i went in. I have not much knowledge about makeup and the in-app gps for where things in the DoorDash app wasn’t helpful, i asked two different workers for help, the first lady was quite rude, i explained to her that ive never been in ulta and im unfamiliar with what products/brands to look at. She proceeded to tell me in a very snarky tone that she needs to help other customers to , implying i need to stop asking where things are and go look. I instead tried to find another employee to help me look, she was a tad bit nicer but wasn’t very friendly, kind of rushed the conversation and told me she would leave it up front so i could go grab it myself. This was my first time getting highlights, I got my hair done by Desiree Milam, she was super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away, and really took her time to make sure everything looked great. I’m especially thankful she took her time—seriously, the attention to detail was next level. You can tell she cares about her clients and her work. Definitely planning to come back
