Saturday I visited this location at 1:30pm. The Sat after Xmas is one of the busiest days of the year ! I know this because I was a Regional mgr in retail for a long time ! I walked to the register and noticed there was a long line . There were 5 employees working which 2 were behind the register and 3 on the small sales floor . The one cashier as I walked up said to stand in line as she was not open to ring ? The other cashier as I approached after waiting for awhile said she was closed now as well ? Now we are down to one cashier on a very busy Sat afternoon!! Wow...I should've ordered online and picked up. How ridiculous to sell an item (unless its online only sale, which it's not) for $6 on the website but if I walk in the store the same item is $11? So for today only, online the 8 Oz. Body creams are $6 but the store isn't honoring that?! That's terrible. I know better now. Bad way to do business though.

My little girl just toddler had to potty really bad I asked if she could use the restroom. They said no so I had to run with my daughter all the way to belks. Really harsh of them so I had to tell my baby she wasn’t allowed while holding her self . I feel bad for any elders who have to go and can’t run like I did with my baby . Just horrible!

This is like one of my favorite stores in Shallotte and usually one of the only stops I make here. I like the employees, semi annual sales, and how easy it is to shop here. It's part of L brands which also runs Victoria's Secret, so the return policies and promotions are very similar. Even the packaging is the same bottles. Most of the products aren't sealed so if you don't see a tester you can still try it out. It is managed better than other locations and there is more to choose from. The return policy is very helpful and the employees are always trying to be of as much assistance as they can. They also have an adequate number of staff, including floor and cashiers. I once purchased a limoncello wallflower whose candle display smelled like lemon candy, but the wallflower smelled l
