Super happy with my experience at Ulta! I came in looking for a foundation match and one of the workers, Jen, helped me find one within 5-15 minutes. She was super nice and gave helpful tips for applying this foundation. The worker who rang me up was also kind when explaining how the Ulta Member points program works. I definitely will come back again :)

I’m not satisfied with the experience. It took six hours to complete the work, and it still doesn’t look right. The most frustrating part is that I’ve called and asked to be referred to a well-experienced professional and i wasn’t heard. Update: I have reached out Ulta Beauty customer service and was reached out by manager of the store. I was suggested to come in to fix my highlights or get a refund, i chose second option. Still have to pay other hairdresser tips and for the glaze, but it is what it is.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting Ulta @ College Plaza in Selden, NY. I wanted a keratin treatment; which was a first for me, and had a bunch of questions. Ashley H. was my stylist extraordinaire! She explained the entire process with the utmost patience and professionalism. We started on time and Ashley went to work in transforming my hair from dull and frizzy to soft, silky and manageable! I love the staff there they are the most helpful. Just to buy a Moisturizer I would usually take like 15 minutes r es but the staff there helped pick out a decent product for my skin in less than 5 minutes. I am still impressed and satisfied with how my VERY short shopping went.

Took advantage of a new return program they offer with stores like Old Navy. Didn’t have to drive all the way to lake grove to return my product. The manager and cashier were so incredibly sweet and helpful. Was a fast and easy transaction. They explained the whole process to me and gave me the necessary tracking numbers to ensure my order would be returned. Store seemed super clean.
