Entourage Salon Selden

A few months ago I went to this salon. I had been going for about a year with the same stylist (Heather) We'd spoken about getting a balayage. Told her I'd coming for a consultation she said no need, wanted to see hair pics. A month later I go to get this done, I got there at 4:30 and did NOT leave until 11:57 pm. CHUNKS of my hair was falling out, she had BURNT my hair off. She did not give me a balayage, instead I left looking like 1999 Eminem. She was hiding all of my hair that fell out. The owner was nice and gave me a complete refund, however I WOULD never go back due to the experience I had with Heather. I got my haircut by Stacy and she was amazing!! They were even able to fit my mom in last minute and the energy was so welcoming. Stacy listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was okay with everything she was doing, we talked and laughed throughout the entire appointment!! Good vibes, amazing women, and a well kept salon. Can’t ask for much else! Can’t wait for my next appointment!!

I’ve had a great experience at this salon both times I’ve gotten my hair washed, cut, and blown out. The first time I went in I had Sam, the second time I had Corinne. Both were lovely and seem to be experts at their craft. Experienced, professional, friendly. Def recommend !

Friendly, clean and professional. I travel past many, many salons just for this one. Always a friendly, happy atmosphere. All the stylists do a great job, people always leave happy and satisfied. My stylist Linda always does an excellent job with cut and color, exactly what I ask for, I am complemented all the time. Highly recommended

Amazing customer service, my mom is 92 and Mary was wonderful and did a beautiful job on her hair and treated her so kindly. I had my hair colored and cut by Sam and I could not be happier. After years with another hairdresser the change was causing us anxiety, but the ladies here made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we love our hair!!
