So thankful right now! I spent a while trying to look for a particularly scented lotion as a gift, and when I asked an associate she and her coworker immediately found the perfect lotion for me 🥺 everyone was very friendly and helpful even with how busy the store was with holiday shopping! I’ve been in a few times before today as well, and each time the people working in the store were friendly. I also feel like it’s overall a nice, clean, and pleasant store to visit! I’ve always been able to find what I need and then some.

Hi my name is Michael and I am giving this message to Ulta. I just went through a little bit of an experience with having my hair dyed colored and it wasn't a very good experience and so I called them up and they said go ahead and come back in I went back in today 10/21/2025 and they had a stylist by the name of Erin go ahead and wash my hair recolor ringtone rewash blowout. It was the most amazing job she was so thorough amazingly thorough she did such a good job I was so comfortable and her level of confidence it's people like her that make companies like yours thrive. She is one of the best hair stylist cosmetologist people I've ever been around great attitude excellent at explaining everything she was doing prior to doing it and even asking for my input. Good location great selections although prices seem a little higher then say target. Hit or miss as far as help some times they help you out other times they don't. I have actually walked out of the store because no one to help. When they do help they're very knowledgable.

Paloma was an amazing help. She greatly assisted in helping me find my dream foundation. Truly love how my look came out… Thank you to the Ulta team and Paloma!!!

I just want to begin by saying that as a Latina I was a bit hesitant coming here, after reading some of the reviews about being judged by the way you look….so glad I ignored those comments and gave it a chance! All the staff was amazing!!..I was looking into having a blow out and my roots touched up and let me tell you!! Also had a scalp treatment 😍..Naomi was the best!! She listened to what I needed and was knowledgeable to my hair needs!! I have finally found my hair dresser & I will be coming to her!! Highly recommend her she was so sweet & did an excellent job!! Thank you babe!! I love my hair!! Can’t wait to come back for my hair color soon!!
