Worst haircut ever. Horribly uneven. It was to be a straight cut but it is at least an inch longer in the front. I knew something was wrong with the way she was cutting it, but did not realize how bad it was until later. No wonder she did not give me a mirror to look at the back. I will be contacting corporate and I want a refund

The lady who cut my hair was very nice and sweet. Additionally, I was able to get cut right away, which was nice. However, my hair is incredibly choppy in the front. My front pieces are significantly shorter than the back pieces. It almost looks like she tried to give me long front layers. However, they are not blended and I did not ask for them.

Michelle did an amazing job helping my mom in a wheelchair get a wash and blow dry. My mom is 90 and is frail. Michele was gentle kind and did a great job with her hair.

Let me just start by saying this service was for a big kid hair cut. If you’re a parent you know big kids have their own opinions. My, about-to-be 12 year old, son is very particular about his hair cuts. Not too short on the sides and not too long or short up top. Before going to Jacquelyn, he wasn’t fully satisfied with his hair cuts, he didn’t know how to explain what he wanted. But after she cut his hair… his face said it all. He was smiling and actually said “This is how I like my hair, mom!” Thanks Jacquelyn for making haircuts easier!

Kaylee is amazing! Expert at highlights. In fact I drove from Arizona to Los Alamitos/Seal Beach as I don’t trust anyone else to touch my hair. Highly recommend
