I never have bad experience at Ulta…. That is until this store. Last time I came in, the first time, the cashier was cold and he was rude and had the most sour attitude. It was opening day you would think he would have been a little more welcoming but nope, like I was an inconvenience to him. Today was my second attempt, picked out my products and went to the check out. I waited a good 5 minutes and not a single associate was in sight and the front of the store looked empty like a ghost town besides me and some other customer. I’m confused if they are short staffed or what the case is, but if they were assisting the other client I would assume there would be more than 1-2 employees running the whole store. Idk how you ruin Ulta but the employees here have somehow figured it out….I gave this place 3 chances, my first time here I asked someone to help me find my concealer shade, and they said they didn’t know how, dropped me off in the fenty section and then left. I went there last week looking for a sensitive skin lightweight moisturizer, they gave me one choice that was $40+ that I ended up getting and it immediately broke me out. Don't try to return "Happy Shop" returns here. I researched and drove all the way here for the girl at the counter to tell me they're not doing returns for them right now. I said why isn't there something posted on your website? and the girl grabbed a little 5x7" plexi with a sign that says they're not taking happy returns. I said, "How would I have ever seen that sign? Online purchases imply that I don't come to a store to shop." She was very impersonal, very insensitive, and had no personality. As I was on my phone checking things I had things to check out. She stood there waiting minutes until I said told her I'm checking these out too. Where's the common sense? Nobody greeted me when I came in. I wasn't greeted until about halfway through the store, and the girl was so intimidated I

I have always had good experiences at Ulta stores however, this new location made me feel very disappointed I placed an order for pickup and unfortunately I had changed my purse the day before and forgot my ID at home. When I went to pick it up I showed a photo of my ID which clearly shows that it’s me but they did not accept it due to store policies I asked if they could verify my identity through my payment card but that was not allowed either . The manager simply told me that I could cancel the order which I ended up doing. The manager and staff are not willing to find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had an amazing experience in their salon! Dare I say one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Rosa took her time and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I liked it. Will definitely be back!
