So I normally dont write reviews but I’m extremely frustrated with my visit today and the attitude the store manager gave me. I had a gift card my ex gifted me a couple months ago for 100$ and so i finally decided to use it today, it was still in the package never been taken out, so after i was done shopping and i got to the register and was getting ready to pay I was trying to peel off the sticker at the bottom to get the pin number underneath, the employee who was checking me out was super sweet and just trying to be helpful but she gave me some scissors and told me to scrape it off instead and as soon as I did it scratched off the PIN number as well, resulting in me not being able to use the card anymore. Now I have to go through the whole customer service process to receive a new card.

Unlike pushy sales tactics at other stores, She was knowledgeable and attentive. The associate listened to specific needs and recommended a product that was a perfect match for my skin type, and hair type. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with both high-end and drugstore brands. The clear signage helped to navigate the different sections. I don't know a lot about make up but needed a couple things for my daughter's ballet performances. We went to Ulta hoping for help and were not disappointed! We walked in and in less than a minute had a cute girl asking if we'd like help. She was fantastic! We left with exactly what we came for. We'll definitely go back!

If you love makeup and haircare products then this is the store for you. They have high end stuff and just your basic brands too. They carry fragrances and anything beauty related that you might desire. There is also a salon in the back area. Go get your self done up pretty my friends!

I came in tonight in a bind! My curling iron had broke and I had a photo shoot the next morning, the price online was different than the one in store, the cute gals at the front helped me not only get the online price but also another 10% off by signing up for rewards! They were super patient while the online pickup order went through. I really appreciate their time and attention especially 20min before the store closed! I wish I could give names! Thanks again! 💕
