I just had the best experience with Reem at this Ulta Location. She’s by far the best skincare expert I’ve encountered. Would definitely recommend you go and speak with her for skincare recommendations. She introduced us to so many gems and I’ve never been the type of person to get convinced on the spot to get something but all of Reem’s recommendations were so amazing. I’m leaving the store very very happy!

Adam the manger operation was so kind! I had to start from the bottom with makeup due to me not using makeup ever in my 20 years of life because i thought it was difficult. He helped me from finding my color in foundation, blush, setting powder, setting spray to recommending a lot of good items! He was so kind and so patient with me during the entire process!

Disgusted, disapointed and upset. My husband and I booked an appointment for my husband with OFELIA. Unfortunately, the experience was made incredibly uncomfortable. Ofelia mentioned she didnt really do men's cuts, which her honesty is appreciated, however when shown a reference picture, instead of suggesting other styles or cuts that may suit my husband better - her and another stylist took turns talking about how my husband's hair is flat and how his cut wouldnt look like the reference picture. Ofcourse we know he wasnt going to look exactly like that, but it was just as a reference for the *type* of cut he wanted. The other stylist said that if they ended up cutting his hair like the reference photo, he would look like PeeWee Herman, both stylists proceeded to laugh. Ofelia threw her h

My nose was assaulted by the instant wave of the perfume variety at the front of the store. Staff was great and helpful. Felt a bit cramped with all the inventory. I was able to buy what I went in for.
