Sally is the place to go for haircare products that people of African descent find a wider variety. The store is clean and well laid out for easy searches. Store staff was friendly and helpful. Though I spoke about products that I use you can be assured that every type of haircare product for all types of hair from coarse to fine is represented.

December 31, 2017. The young women that checked me out today was very rude and had nasty attitude. The store had no one inside when I came in. It looked abandoned. When employees did emerge they ignored me. The one that checked me out snatched my sally card out of my purse. She was very impatient and just plain mean.

We came in for perm rods & supplies for my daughter's perm.... turns out the kind lady assisting us was the Store Manager. Great place! I even bought some hair growth stimulator oil & a volumizing hair spray
