Booked for the first time at Ulta with Nayeli and let me say she did her thing! Don’t sleep on her! She was super fun professional and had the best personality ever. She was helpful and informative for helping me figure out a style and highlight just right for me for my first time. I will definitely book with her again!

Unfortunately, this incident has led me to decide not to shop at Ulta in the future, despite wanting to give the store another chance after a previous negative experience.Upon entering the store, I had difficulty locating the specific lip gloss products I needed because the displays were disorganized, with items mixed up and many testers misplaced among the full-size products. I politely asked a sales associate for assistance. She arrived shortly and directed me to a lower shelf. Warning. Long Review ahead: I went to this particular Ulta location with my daughter today, 2/5/26. We went in to exchange a Miss Dior perfume that she did not like. Our plan was simple: go to Ulta, exchange the perfume, then smell some lotions and find some oils to purchase. So that’s exactly what we did. There was one person in the hair area who acknowledged us and asked if we needed help. After that, we proceeded to look around and ended up in the Hempz lotion area. We started smelling the lotions and began picking some out. While we were there, this associate started walking around the area. I had three lotions on my arms, so I decided to grab one of their shopping bags to carry the products. I could feel her eyeing us. I brought the bag over, put the lotions inside, and continued sm

I came in for an ear piercing and very clearly requested the pearl stud. The piercer used the wrong jewelry, apologized, and explained that the cartridge had been mislabeled. She also told me she could replace it for me later once it settled. She seemed sincere, and I even tipped her because I appreciated what I believed was honesty. When I returned, the story changed completely. She denied ever saying that, claimed it wasn’t in her authority, and then tried to shift the responsibility onto me by asking, “Then why did you go ahead and get the second piercing?” To be clear: misunderstandings can happen. This Ulta is ridiculous! My credit card info was stolen and the thieves did a test transaction and shipped a stupid shampoo pump to my house. When I returned the item they didnt refund the full amount. 2nd time going in this location I purchased a lip liner on sale and they refused to let me EVEN EXHANGE it for a different shade. They wanted to charge me more money for the same exact product, brand, just a different color. I've never had these issues anywhere else. Unheard of. So annoyed.
