We came in looking for new hair products to up our hair care. It was overwhelming how many different products there were. Jaime helped my partner and I find products for each of our hair types and they have been working wonders on our hair. She promptly helped us, was knowledgeable, gave us her own experience using the product but never pressured us. She was amazing to working with. And every time we’ve been in for various needs, everyone has been incredibly helpful.

Isabella made my visit fantastic from the moment I walked in — she greeted me right away, gave me a bag, and listened to my story about breaking out and needing all-new makeup (wedding coming up and I wanted to use my rewards points!). She walked me through every product and answered every question I could think of — super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I was in a hurry (toddler waiting at home and a 2.5-hour drive ahead) and even had a stomach ache, but Isabella stayed calm, efficient, and attentive the whole time. She also reminded me about perfume options — I was worried I’d forget my Billie Eilish scent but ended up loving the new Ulta-brand perfume (it smells just like the expensive one — great news for fans!). Several years ago , when I was visiting home, I had my make up done at Ulta. It was fabulous, especially considering the price. However, The lack of professionalism I experienced at this location is truly baffling. On New Year’s Eve, less than 2 hours before I was scheduled, without anyone calling or texting me, my make up appointment was cancelled.I showed up and was waiting for an hour bc they were too scared to tell me! I had to cancel my plans bc had no way to get a make up appointment in time to go out. It was one of the most unsettling experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. Still, I thought maybe this was just a one time error on a very busy day. So, I booked another make up appointment for this afternoon. I've been going to this Ulta forever and Rachel has been my hairdresser here for about two years, I think? I absolutely love her! I have hair down to my hips that I dye black, and she's always a trooper with my appointments. With her help, we've found a routine to keep my hair super healthy, and I'm so so so grateful!! It's the softest and healthiest it's ever been!! She's always so much fun to vibe with when I'm in her chair, and the convenience of being at Ulta is awesome since I can get my shopping done at the same time 👍🏻I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist!

Why does every Ulta smell so delicious?! I love being able to browse their selections, try products, and get great advice if I want it. They have something for everyone and every price range.
