I arrived to pick up a couple of items before an upcoming trip. I’m aware the store opened at 10, it’s 9:56am. There are multiple employees inside the store. It’s probably about 35 degrees outside. There are people with appointments coming and going, but they don’t have the courtesy to let me inside the store claiming registers are not on even tho I could grab my merchandise and check out at 10am. This is the problem with corporate business and people who care that little about customer service and doing what’s right. I will wait patiently grab my items and leave, but Sephora may be my new go to. In economic times as these, appreciating all of your customers goes a long way. 1 star Ulta. Good luck.

I’ve been seeing Emma for a long time for extensions, color, blowouts, and treatments, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She’s always very intentional about keeping my hair healthy and making sure there’s no damage, which I really appreciate. My hair always looks amazing and still feels strong and healthy. She’s also incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes every appointment such a great experience. I recommend her to everyone!

Last minute booked a blow out with Emma and it was the best blow out I’ve ever had! I decided to start getting my regular hair cuts by her and I’ve been loving them. She’s confident, fast and super nice! I love my new style and it’s all because of Emma!

Emma does an amazing job! I absolutely love my extensions. They look so natural, and the color match is perfect. I've gotten so many compliments already. If you're looking for quality extensions, definitely book an appointment with her!

Took my daughter for a hair cut, got her makeup done, plus she got her ears pierced! It was a special day! All the ladies were fabulous!!!
