I have Parkinson's and some days I simply can't function. Fatigue set in as I traveled to the Rocky Mount, NC location and I was unable to shop for my nieces. The kindest young lady escorted me to a chair, took my list, located all of my items, made suggestions for companion products, and picked out stocking stuffers based on our conversation regarding my nieces' needs. I don't remember her name ... but I will always remember her thoughtfulness, knowledge of products, and willingness to help.

Tekia did such an amazing job on my hair! She completely transformed it and made it look so good. She was super gentle the whole time, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. She’s also really sweet and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment comfortable and fun. I left feeling so happy and confident. Definitely recommend her!

Went to this ULTA a few days ago the staff was not very helpful and rude. One was a manger, with whom one morning was speaking with a newly transferred employee about a mother store manager which was very unprofessional. I asked for assistance and was told I just clocked in sure someone else can help you, as she was speaking about her after work plans with another associate. I asked another associate and was told I don’t work in that section. Then at checkout once again, someone was complaining about her and not getting their break, they stated I’m going break someone else would have to help me. I put my stuff on the counter and walked out. Then today as I walked in and looking at products I was followed and observed as if I would steal something. I have come in the store multiple times si

Went in to get my daughter’s hair done for a school dance.Tekia was awesome and provided quality service and was super friendly when doing my daughters hair. She was able to get me in quickly because I waited until the last minute. Will definitely be back!

I was in last night, August 22,2025, and brought a few things to be ring out. Young lady that was working the counter was rude and did not seem to like her job at all😡 Older lady with a southern accent was very nice btw. Went home and realized my clearance product that was supposed to be 14.50 was rang up 29 dollars. I called and was hoping to get it resolved on the phone and got the same nasty cashier who was no help at all. Steer clear of this store and check your receipts.🤷‍♀️
