Traci has the strongest hands of any masseuse I have ever seen. Her place is pristine, quick booking, and very relaxing atmosphere. I have been having trouble with my shoulder and hips for months and months. One 75 minute session with Traci and I could walk normally again. A week later and I still feel so good! I also got a body polish, the scrub felt so AMAZING! My skin is so smooth now! Will be trying one of her facials next visit! Highly recommend booking with her! She is definitely one of Rocky Mount’s hidden gems!

A hidden gem in Rocky Mount! I had my first massage with Traci today, and I can definitely say it won’t be my last! She had the perfect touch, the environment was beautiful and clean, and Traci was kind and professional. I walked in with tons of stress all over my body, and I walked out SO relaxed. I highly recommend this place!

Shanique did a good job. She worked shoulder muscles which were tight. I felt amazing after my appointment that I instantly rescheduled my next one on the spot. Will recommend her to my friends and family.

My experience at Spa by Traci was wonderful. It was my first bikini wax and Traci made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the appointment. She was professional and efficient. She's so exceptional at her craft, I felt very little discomfort. The space was extremely clean, relaxing, and inviting. Highly recommend and look forward to booking other services as well.
