These guys have always been so helpful, friendly, and fast. Last time I went in, I was looking for a hand cream. My hands were in bad shape, and quickly getting worse. I had spent literal hours online researching what ingredients and brands would be best to try. My initial selection, which I got from Amazon, was terrible. After days of use, no improvement. So my wife and I went into this Ulta. Quickly, an employee noticed I might need help and came to talk to me about my options. They asked specific clarifying questions to understand my needs and what I'd tried so far. The employee recommended a product from a brand that I'd not seen in my research. They explained the high praise it had received for exactly the kind of situation I was in. I tried it on as soon as I got to my car. And I

I came in on Sunday January 16th. I didn’t know they would be closing early and just needed to grab one thing very quickly. The employees were anything from nice. I understand that it might be a little frustrating when someone comes in close to closing, but they were not helpful, there were about 5-6 other people in the store but for some reason they felt the need to follow me around as if to rush me. There was only one nice employee that gave good customer service and treated me like a human being, she had reddish hair. But every other employee i interacted with made me regret ever going into the store to begin with. The environment was hostile and not the kind of place I want to go to feel welcome. Was on my way out the door to go to this location since living locally now , but after reading all these negative reviews on how the staff treat paying customers and I’m not even going to waste my time. I’ll be famed if I’m gonna spend significant amount of money and get treated like shit in the process. Sandy employees are quite nice and very helpful. I spend the xtra gas.

Honestly not great. Came in after a doctor's appointment to pick up some self care. I am very comfortable with beauty products, and generally would be considered in flight attendant dress standards. The day I visited I was in comfortable clothing on a weekday morning and I had what I seemed like every employee in the store approach and watch me, but only one actually asked if I needed assistance. Upon check out, I let the cashier know that a significant amount of their testing products were outright gone, or so low volume stock and old you could not use them. It's time for holiday shopping and I would expect a store in this area specifically to have better presentation and sales skill. Ya'll could be more friendly and organized.

I ordered online to pick up. When I went in to pick up the employee who helped me was so sweet. It was really busy due to Christmas week and they were all really kind. It seems like they have a really good team of employees.
