I was dealing with a lot of shoulder and neck tension, and Brett was able to quickly pinpoint where the pain was coming from and explain why it was happening. He checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through what he was doing as we went. The relief was almost immediate, and I left feeling noticeably better. -- I also tried the vibroacoustic therapy!! It was very cool! - it's a really immersive and suuuupper relaxing experience. It reminded me of a deprivation tank, but better. Imagine being put in a meditative trans without really putting any effort into it. Would highly recommend !!

Out of nowhere i devloped sciatica pain that would stop me dead in my tracks. Pain that makes you want to cry. Chiropractic did nothing to help. So i tried Brett and he knew exactly what to do and was very clear with expectations and a course of action. Have been completely sciatica pain free for about a month at this point. One major issue dealt with we could move on to the other. I have a under lying L4 L5 disk bulge injury that gives me daily constant pain. We have started Shockwave theopy and the technology is amazing. Brett's knowledge is exceptional and he always goes the extra mile, i truly beleve he whole heartedly cares for his patients/clients. 5 stars for the best massage. I visited from NY and can not believe the massage I received. Best ever. Brett is phenomenal and professional. I wished I lived in Utah to enjoy his massages monthly. Being retired now the aches and pains are endless. My visit after the full body massage was wonderful. I haven't gotten any pain relief from my hometown masseuse in NY. Thankyou Brett for your dedication to making my pain relief from 10 to a 2. You are truly amazing.

I I have been to Mind Skin Body twice now and I am already completely hooked… I have had the very best experience both times! I had the signature massage … 90 minutes… and Brett is truly amazing. He took time to listen to me before we even started the massage and addressed any issues I was having with stiff and sore muscles. Although, he intuitively just seemed to know exactly what I needed and found knots and relieved tension areas I didn’t even know I had. He set me at ease and I felt so comfortable from beginning to end. He took his time to make sure everything pressure wise felt good and I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I left feeling so much better than when I arrived… And I sure did! He even took extra time to help me learn some stretches I could do on my own at hom

I’ve been a client here for at least two years off and on, and I’ve never come across a more knowledgeable, professional, and effective massage therapist! He knows the muscles in the body extremely well and I always feel better after a session. Brett came highly recommended to me and I can second that opinion!
