I asked if they had tirtir and pixi products. It said it was in store online, so I went. They were kinda rude and told me to go to sephora but the tir tir red compact is an ulta exclusive. I didn't argue, I just kept my money this time and left. Not the first time I've felt uncomfortable in this store. I see others have been racially profiled and I had that feeling. Sad

As a Ulta beauty rewards member and I hold an active credit card through Ulta,riverhead has by far been the worst customer service experience. As a black woman who spends a lot of money at Ulta I have been followed around like I was some kind of thief several times. The staff has a major problem race profiling black customers and I'm not the only one who has had this problem at this location. You need to hire new staff who do not race profile loyal customers. It's sad because I'm the last person who would steal anything from anyone. It's a shame I have to drive out of my way to shop a different Ulta due to racism.

Listen to me, I adore beauty products! But my sister, who's more beautiful than many women I know, doesn't need even half of all the products in the store: lipsticks, nail polish, perfume, brushes, shampoo and deodorant and more. Come and visit

Fast efficient staff. Order was ready at promised time, young lady that assisted at the front was very friendly and had a positive vibe.
