We enjoy shopping here so much! The staff are consistently helpful but never annoying. They keep the trials/samples clean and the makeup is fairly well stocked, I think they may have theft issue, but that’s more a community thing, because I observe that the staff are sincerely doing their best. Five out of five stars!

I never leave reviews but today I went in with the intention of doing an exchange first I returned the items . I went to the the fragrance section almost all fragrances are locked up and when I asked she seemed annoyed. I asked about a promotion of a fragrance that you sent me a text about and she told me she would need to verify if it was still active even tho she saw the date on my phone. Then that perfume had no tester I asked if she could make one and she told me she didn’t know if she could make one . So after such poor customer service I ended walking out and not purchasing anything . How do you expect to sell if you have really poor customer service ?

I don’t usually write reviews, but Madeline truly deserves one! My friend and I came in with a lot of questions about skincare and makeup, and she was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She gave us both personalized skincare routines, shade matched me perfectly, and took her time answering all of our questions. The whole experience was amazing and she was soo helpful. We left feeling confident and excited thanks to her! We will definitely be back. Thank you Madeline :)

Richfield Ulta was amazing! Cassidy was phenomenal, she helped us with everything from perfume to makeup for me and my daughter. Very knowledgeable to skin tones, sensitive skin product options and perfume scents. The entire Black Friday team were so helpful and amazing!!!
