If you are looking for a professional haircut, try again. Sorry this isn’t the place. My stylist barely washed my hair, and spent maybe 10 minutes cutting it. Now it doesn’t look botched, more like a lame haircut I could give myself. I also didn’t like the atmosphere: there were several other ladies whispering and staring and sneering (and not in a kind way). I just don’t like that energy. If you are needing a decent women’s haircut (age- late 20s) please look elsewhere.

I arrived to Maria Bonita to get my hair tips trimmed and my hair shapes cut into a V. The employee began cutting layers without my approval or knowing, did not like how it turned out.

I just moved to Richfield and was looking for a local salon. I had such a great experience at this salon. Brenda is the owner as well as a stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. I had a cut with super curly hair and a foil service. I am growing my hair back from chemo and she helped me feel good again about my hair! The environment was clean and beautiful to look at. The stylist were professional. There were some great spots for social media pictures. The pricing was very fair. I love that they are in the neighborhood, I found easy street parking on Penn. This salon offers great services at a great price. I will definitely be going back!

The people were friendly, however I almost left crying. I went in for a very simple haircut. I even showed pictures for reference to avoid any miscommunication. They messed it up horribly. They chopped off such a big amount. They knew they messed up and got so nervous. I could feel them tense up and try to blend everything, but it was so bad. I wish stylists were more transparent about whether or not they know how to cut a style or on certain hair. I don’t normally write reviews but I just hope someone sees this so it doesn’t happen to them either. It’s my hair, it takes months to grow back, nobody should walk out having to feel like they made such a big mistake.
