lol I’ve been walking the same aisles for 45 minutes and no even acknowledged my existence. They all looked at me and kept walking. I know I could easily ask for help. I’m aware. But you’d think they’d acknowledge someone walking around their store for 45 minutes in the same aisles. Might mean they can’t find something. Imagine if I was a secret shopper…

I had my hair and makeup done by Katelyn, she did a beautiful job on both and she got both services done quickly! I would definitely have my hair and makeup done by Katelyn again, I had no idea where to start and she had great ideas and made me look beautiful for a night out!

I am very upset in the stylist that was hired to trim my mother’s hair today! She went there and booked an appointment for a trim NOT a cut and her hair looks choppy / a mess. If she didn’t know what she was doing regarding this hair texture, that should have been communicated. Also while she was cutting you are supposed to do little by little to make sure it’s at the desired length for the customer. Yes we called and were given a refund but her hair cannot grow back immediately money cannot fix this, it is completely unacceptable. She has had a lot of health issues in the past that caused her hair to fall out & we were so happy she was able to get it back long and healthy again. The staff is super helpful, and they have a great selection of products. The staff is willing and able to help you select something that is right for you. It was really busy in the store (right before Christmas), but they were still very willing to stop and help. Checking out was really quick despite a very long line.

Although expensive they do have a variety of product. However, do not open a credit card with them because of their rewards program, it is very misleading. I only opened it as my granddaughter loves to shop there so we do girls day out. I ALWAYS pay my bills as soon as receiving them and do not wait until they are due. Everytime I receive late fees only from Ulta and all other bills sent at the same time reach their destinations on time and Ultas response is you can't depend on the mail these days. Well I can't send payment in until I get the bill! I'd say its not the mail but that they do not have enough staff to process payments on a timely bases. The last one was a kicker!! They removed the $30 late fee but I just received a $45 late fee bill because they took the late fee off to late s
