I have always had a positive experience at this Ulta location. This is the only location I will shop at, and I am right in between this one and another (rhymes with “Brexlertown”). They have the most helpful associates compared. Someone is always willing to answer my questions and I don’t ever feel like I am being “sold to.” I’ve received tons of great recommendations from workers at this store, whether hair products, skincare, or makeup. They know their stuff. This store is clean as well, and yes, it’s crowded with products, but it’s because there are a lot of options. No associates immediately around to ask for help? Just placed my first-ever pickup order with Ulta. I ordered a fairly expensive hair dryer and a blowout spray. While I was in the store, I browsed and found a few more items I wanted to purchase, checked out, picked up my order, and left. When I got home, the hair dryer was in the bag, but the blowout spray was not. The bag was sealed—I had to rip it open myself. I immediately called the store and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes while they reviewed the cameras, only to be told that both items were sealed in the bag when it was packed. That explanation makes no sense. The sealed bag I received contained only the hair dryer. There were no holes or damage to the bag, so the suggestion that the spray “fell out” is not plausible. Very friendly and helpful sales people. I don't know the first thing about beauty products. I came in with my son to find a gift for my wife. We ended up at the men's section, which I didn't know they had! So a PSA for men, Ulta has product for us as well. The saleswoman helped me out for my wife and I brought home testers for a new cologne for myself.

My questions were quickly answered. Perfume is locked up and is taken to the register for you. There must have been much theft.

A few days ago I went in to grab some skin care to heal some scars/dark spots I had on my face. I dont know her name, but I asked a lady who was wearing an indigo/purple cardigan about which product to use. I was initially looking at Ordinary, but she told me that the product i was looking at wouldn't help with my specific issue, and recommended me a different product. Im using it and im already seeing progress in the past 2 days. Thank you so much to whoever she is!
