Wish I could give zero stars, I went to this place about a week ago I got a deep conditioning treatment and hair cut. When we started the haircut I stated that I would like long layers and to cut my side bang. I felt bad because the lady was so nice but she completely chopped my hair. The layers looked like someone did it with an ax and one side of my hair was completely gone. I reached out through Facebook messenger and never got a response. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The photos below are before pics of my hair before they had to chop it all off to fix it. Current picture of length I did not want to go short at all but I’m beyond happy with the people that fixed this haircut disaster . They did a great job with my daughter who is 6! They did a better job than these chain hair salons for the same price. Will definitely be going back and my daughter enjoyed every moment.

This salon is amazing! I have been going to Cindy for all my hair needs since I was a kid. Magick Mirror has been around since 2010 so they are very well established, but I have followed Cindy with every salon move that she has made. Cindy keeps up with the latest trends and knows how to fix just about any cut/color mistake you can think of. She is the BEST at color correction. She is also able to re-create hairstyles flawlessly. Over the years, I have shown her so many pictures of hair styles I wanted, and she delivered every time. The best part about going to Cindy is that you will never be disappointed. She is very honest with what you are able to achieve based on your hair history. She will not promise you platinum blonde when you come in with black hair, but she will explain the proce

Rhonda is very talented. She colors and highlights my hair without it looking brassy-which can be difficult to do for blondes. And if you just want a blowout, I highly recommend. She can get your hair very straight and smooth. The prices are an added bonus!
