I am giving one star based on my experience yesterday. I booked an appt for a wash, blow out, trim and curl. I was told I couldn’t get everything done. They didn’t have me down for styling. The manager said they only had time to do part and asked if I could come back another day. I told her I couldn’t. She said if I got the full service that wouldn’t be fair to the next appointment. She tried to make me feel guilty for a mistake they made when booking. I received the full service. I was satisfied with the wash and trim. But the style was horrible. The curls were gone by the time I walked to my car. I had to redo it when I got home. Total waste of my time and money. I was very upset and disappointed.

I got my eyebrows laminated, tinted and shaped today by Alyssa who is an arch brow specialist for benefit cosmetics at the Prince Frederick ulta location and let me tell you she nailed it! I have coarse stubborn brow hair that like to go whatever way they want and after years of normal nail salon waxing, I’ve been letting them grow out since the summer and found a perfect stylist to fix me up. My brows look even, natural and she showed me the perfect products to do tiny fillings when I want to. A huge bonus is that she is as sweet as pie as well!I will continue to return to her for maintenance! Thank you so much Alyssa!!

I had such a great experience with Addison at Ulta! She truly listened to what I wanted and made sure I left feeling confident and beautiful. She’s so talented, easy to talk to, and made the whole appointment relaxing and fun. I love how my hair turned out—it was exactly what I hoped for! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend Addison if you want someone who genuinely cares about her clients and their hair!

Smaller store maybe than I'm used to but at least all the samples weren't smashed and gross, I hate that so it was lovely to try the products. Services came through for a hair service for my birthday girl without an appointment so that was also rad!

Review is mainly for the staff. Very friendly and are not on top you thru your whole shopping experience. Prices are a little high but that is how it is at Ulta.
