Booked a massage on a whim as I was extremely tight in my lower back and shoulders. Trinity took great care of me and focused on those areas with the perfect amount of pressure. She was especially thoughtful with her cues to address the more stubborn knots. I got there a few minutes late, and she assured me that I’ll get my full time which I definitely appreciated. Definitely will be a go-to spot and will come back when I’m in the area again!

I've got a neck pinch that causes some pain on the back of my hand. Trying to stay away from surgery, I go to Jai Massage for an upper body massage with an emphasis on neck stretching. Trinity did a fantastic job on my neck. Other great things: wonderful location, great parking, nice and relaxing atmosphere, and finally, water and chocolate to bring you down slowly post-massage. I recommend Jai Massage highly.

I have had a lot of massages in the past, but yesterday when I met Jai and had her deep tissue massage for an hour I was so impressed. She begins with a really nice stretching of my limbs and kind of like a chiropractor would do to help get your frame back in line. It was just what I needed. I felt so relaxed and she made sure that the pressure was just right for me. I also like to experience silence and zen during my massage which was what I received. She uses these hot stones once in a while during the massage and the timing is spot on. I just wished I lived in Maryland again, I live in Florida. I would love to have that massage once a month. I will be coming back to Jai when I return to Maryland again. I highly recommend Jai.
