i was shopping on a friday night and the employee put my purchases in a bag with a hole in the bottom. when i was leaving, my items fell out of the bag. when i got home, i realized i was missing a brow pen. i called the store and asked if i could come in the following day. the employee told me yes but to bring my receipt. i had a busy week, so when i came in on wednesday to pick up my brow pen, i was met by a large blonde woman (whom i assume was a supervisor or manager) who treated me horribly and then told me that they no longer had the brow pen in stock. that was a lie, i walked back to the aisle and found the brow pen and had to purchase it a second time because the blonde woman took my receipt and threw it away instead of making things right. bad management. made me cry. i will be sho

Love Ulta products and the stores are always nice and clean, however…the employees make or break a shopping experience and this store has very lazy and rude ones. The manager just makes excuses for them and will not apologize for them. Example: not adding a conditioner onto an online order (marking it sold out) because the employee had to bend down and get one from the bottom and in the back of the shelf. I actually witnessed her do it and the manager would not correct my online order with the in stock item that was marked out. The employee just rolled her eyes and said “whatever” when I called her out on it. Maybe get a manager that expects more from her employees and actually cares.

My $20 bottle of Hairspray is defective and will not spray. They will not exchange it for another bottle. They said their system has been updated and they are unable to accept exchanges for more than 60 days. I always try to have one on hand for when my bottle runs out so I apparently have missed that time frame and I'm out $20. I will be ordering as much as I can through Amazon or getting this from some other store. Very poor customer service for defective materials

The store is nice and clean. Well stocked. Took my Mil there to get a surprise for her birthday. One lady who worked in the hair department finally helped us and was very nice. Everyone else had a huge attitude and were very not nice. We come from Vegas and the ulta there, it's fantastic and the girls that work there and guys are all wonderful. I was so disappointed in the store. What a beautiful store to have such grouchy employees. I'm not sure what's going on there. Maybe the management is bad or maybe they just don't like their job. But they should definitely get an attitude check.

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady assured me that although she wasn’t the usual brow lady she was trained for the benefit bar. That should have been my first red flag but against better judgement I stayed. I over explained that I did not need them any thinner and liked my thick bushy brows the way I do them and she didn’t need to take anything off the top just to shape the bottom of them where I can’t do myself. As soon as I felt the wax hit the top of my eyebrows I knew she hadn’t listened to anything I said. She took more than half of my brow off leaving me with the thinnest brows that are also poorly and incorrectly shaped. I have attached a photo of what my brow looked like last week as well as the uneven and poorly done brow I was given today. This is nothing against the sty
