I had a wonderful visit to Mississippi for the weekend before Christmas. I came into Ulta at 7:30pm and knew I needed help. I immediately stepped to the first person I saw, Taniya. She was working alone so I asked her if she could assist. As she turned to answer, her manager/coworker Nate stepped over and took over her previous task. She immediately stepped over to assist. I told her I needed all new makeups and lip matte. She was quick to respond. We tested a few products and she found my perfect shade of foundation and a great new make up brushes. She told me about a sale they were having buy 2 get 1 free. I was able to pick the perfect eyeliner, mascara, and some perfect lip matte. She was so patient and kind. She took me all around the store and we found everything I needed to start f

First time at this Ulta location. I walked in about 30 minutes after opening and there were 3 employees standing at the front. Not one person said hello to me. The entire time I was shopping, again, nobody greeted me or offered help. One girl even walked past me multiple times on the same aisle and didn’t even look at me. I checked my phone several times to see if they were open because I felt so out of place and they hadn’t turned the music on yet. Giving two stars because once I got to checkout, one of the ladies up there checking me out was friendly, but otherwise it would’ve been 1. This was just one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had shopping. Kind of awkward walking shoulder to shoulder past store employees in a quiet room and they don’t say a word to you.

I visited the Ulta at the Pearl Outlet Mall today and Erica was amazing in helping me and my friend pick out the right make up products. She even applied it to allow us to see how we would look wearing it . She was so patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Thank you again so much Erica:)

I went in for a fragrance that was out on display. However, they did not have it in store to purchase. I tried to order at the counter but the sales rep did not have the sku number on hand to place order. Thankfully I found the fragrance at Sephora!
